World Horse Welfare’s hybrid conference needed to bring together an in-room audience, a global online audience and remote presenters joining live, all without echoes, delays or awkward handovers.

We managed the full hybrid production: multi-camera coverage, test calls and live cues for all presenters. Countdown timers and remote clickers kept every transition smooth and controlled.

Hundreds attended in person, with 850+ online and over 100 remote interactions, a calm hybrid broadcast with in-room and remote presenters integrated smoothly.
